I love French onion soup…Funny thing is I only discovered it about 6 months ago. Now it is pretty much my go-to when eating out and looking for a lighter meal. It’s warm, savory, and delicious! I tried making it myself, and I am happy to say it turned out damn good! This recipe is adopted from about 3 different ones that I looked at online. SO simple and CHEAP!
