There is a LOT of conflicting nutrition information out there. Carbs are bad, but fiber is good. Avoid fat, but you need omega 3’s. Don’t eat after 6pm, but small snacks are better than big meals. Urg! Keto, Weight Watchers, Intermittent Fasting, Cleanses…..There are so many conflicting ideas about nutrition. Do you feel a little lost?
