1 initial assessment (1 hour) to discuss your health history, current lifestyle, and your goals/ expectations in working together. After completing this session, follow ups can be used to dive into the principles of Intuitive Eating.
Additional Follow up Sessions:
These single (45 minute) are only available to clients who have completed a package or initial session and would like further coaching. Great for going in deeper to specific nutrition and wellness topics, continual goal setting, and addressing any challenges as they arise.

1 initial assessment (1 hour) to discuss your health history, current lifestyle, and your goals/ expectations in working together. 5 follow up sessions (45 minutes) to work on specific principles of Intuitive Eating. This package will include emailed session summaries along with any applicable handouts or resources. Between sessions I offer unlimited email communications. This package is generally 5-8 weeks in length. This is the perfect package for someone who has read about Intuitive Eating but could use assistance in putting it to practice. Together we can ditch the diet mentality, and find your inner Intuitive Eater!
